


It looks like your Chome browser is infected with a PUP ( Potentially Unwanted Program ) this may or may not be the cause of your problem.Īll our tools and scanners work best from the desktop in lieu of being buried in some folder, the fix with FRST64 needs to be run from the deskop and it looks like you have it there so you need to place the FIXLIST txt file on the desktop as well or the fix wont work. Blue screens can be caused by many things, sometime malware causing problems and sometimes just a plain old windows issue.

As far as the mouse, you need to be more specific as to what is actually happening. As far as you browser crashing, you never said what browser was crashing but I am assuming its Chome as you have it set as your default. Uninstalling Frostwire won't make all your problems go away, it will just help keeping you from downloading any malicious programs in the future.
